Postal services

Post Offices and Post Boxes are marked with “〒”.
You should stick a stamp on your mails and drop them into a post box, or you should bring them to the mailing counter of a post office and pay the postage. The postage rates vary according to type. Except for standard-sized mails and postcards, it’s better to go to the post office and ask the postage of your mail.
Furthermore, 7-digits postal code is used in Japan.
